What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted 7 days from the date of delivery. No returns for pre-owned/ as-is bought items. Any Engagement Ring Setting special ordered and made to fit a customers pre-existing diamond. Due to the special nature of these items, we cannot accept these for return.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Can I Return a Pre-Owned Watch?

Pre-Owned Watches are fully renfundable within three days from receipt of delivery. The watch must not be worn or sized and must be in the same condition as when sold. The watch must be accompanied by all boxes, tags and paper work that came with it to be accepted.

Does Golden Milano Allow Comparison Purchasing?

In order to give our customers the best pricing, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of ordering two or more of the same, or similar item, and then only keeping one of them. If you are unsure, or have detailed questions about a particular item, please call one of our customer service representatives for expert help.

Do you charge for shipping?

All orders placed on always include FREE shipping up to purchases inxcess of $10,000. If amount is over $10,000, then client will pay for shipping.

*A SIGNATURE will be REQUIRED for every delivery.

Do You Ship Outside The United States?

Ofcourse! We are more than happy to ship to anywhere in the world for free up too $10,000. Please note that all international orders must be at a minimum of $50. Please contact us if you need help with an international purchase. International shipments are subject to duty and/or local taxes which are collected by FedEx upon delivery.
